SHIPPING SCHEDULE
We ship Monday through Friday, but our frozen goods can’t be in transit over the weekend, so the shipping destination,
shipping method, and day and time of checkout will impact when we ship your order and when it will get delivered.

• All orders placed before 7:00 a.m. (CST) on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday ship the same day.
• Orders placed after 7:00 a.m. (CST) on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday may not ship until the following Monday,
depending on the shipping destination and shipping method chosen.
• We don’t ship on Saturdays or Sundays.
• We cannot ship to PO boxes.

SERVICE AREA
We ship to all 50 United States and the District of Columbia, via FedEx. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to PO boxes.

SCIENCE
We pack frozen goods in an insulated shipping box with enough dry ice to keep the contents perfectly frozen well into the evening of the delivery date.
It gets colder inside that box than it does in your freezer: -109.3°F.

ORDER TRACKING
You’ll receive an email notification with tracking number when your order ships.

TRANSIT TIME
No frozen goods will be in transit more than 72 hours.

NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED
We authorize FedEx to leave all packages at the shipping destination without a signature. That way, the recipient doesn’t have to be home to accept it ,
and frozen goods don’t melt during multiple delivery attempts, etc.
